Dual Pros With Charging Case

What’s going on?

Won’t connect or pair

Let’s walk through the steps to get everything connected and working smoothly.

Step 1: Connect your adapter to your phone
  • USB-C ports: plug the USB-C adapter into the Mini Mic Pro, then connect it to your phone.
  • iPhone 14 or older (Lightning port): use the included Lightning adapter to connect the Mini Mic Pro to your phone.
Step 2: Pair
  • Hold the button on your Mini Mic Pro until it turns on. The light should be blinking green.
  • Once the light is solid green, your device is paired.
Step 3: Test the microphone
  • Open your phone’s voice recording app or video recording app.
  • Record a short test clip while speaking directly into the Mini Mic Pro.
  • Play it back and check for clear audio from the mic.
Still blinking red, or not connecting?
  • Hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset the device. The light should turn off, come back on, and blink.
  • Unplug the adapter and plug it back in.
  • The power light should now be solid green, which means the device is connected.
  • Open your voice memo or camera app and record to test the microphone.

Using an Android phone? Turn on OTG in your phone’s settings. The mic will not be detected without it.

What the lights mean

The light on your Mini Mic Pro tells you exactly where it is in the pairing process.

  • Blinking green: the mic is powered on and looking for its receiver.
  • Flashing red and green: the mic is trying to pair. Make sure your USB-C or Lightning adapter is connected to your phone.
  • Solid green: paired and ready to record.
  • Blinking red: the mic needs a reset. Hold the power button for 10 seconds, then reconnect the adapter.

If the light never reaches solid green, work through Won’t connect or pair above.

No sound or poor sound

  • No sound or low sound: make sure all connections are secure and the microphone is selected as your device’s input source. Check for any debris blocking the sponge.
  • Static or background noise: hold the microphone still while recording, and keep it away from other electronics that could cause interference.
  • Muffled sound: check that the foam cover is seated properly and is dry.

If the mic still records nothing at all, it may not be paired — the power light should be solid green before you record.

Caring for your mic

A few easy habits will keep your Mini Mic Pro clean, well maintained and ready to use.

  • Avoid moisture: keep the microphone away from water and high humidity. Exposure to moisture can damage internal components.
  • Be mindful of hot or cold temperatures: store it in a cool, dry place. Extreme temperatures can affect performance and battery life.
  • Handle with care: always hold the microphone by its body and avoid pulling on the cables. Disconnect cables gently rather than yanking them.
