Purchased dual pros with charging kit, misplaced the adapter - mandatory part for usage. This replacement adapter is the latest recommendation from support, despite not being able to connect to this specific item. I've tried 3 of these different adapters with no result.
I've been trying to communicate with support since 9/19/25, only the first ticket message gets a response and it's not useful.

I did not receive an adaptor in my original package and emailed the company but did n0t hear back. I then just decided to order a replacement since i only had to pay for shipping. Well now the replacement will not pair worth the microphone so was a waste of time and money.
