I ordered a replacement and got an entire new set at no extra charge, I just had to pay for shipping. Both mic sets work with this replacement adapter so now I have an extra set. 10/10 happy with my experience.

I really admire a company that will replace parts at no extra charge. I had misplaced the attachment that goes into your phone and was upset that I couldn't find it anywhere. I went weeks without using my microphone than happened to hop on the website to see if a replacement piece could be ordered. Pleasantly surprised to find that the company would replace the piece for free and All I had to pay for was shipping. The replacement piece works great and now I'm able to resume filming reels and tiktok.

Purchased dual pros with charging kit, misplaced the adapter - mandatory part for usage. This replacement adapter is the latest recommendation from support, despite not being able to connect to this specific item. I've tried 3 of these different adapters with no result.
I've been trying to communicate with support since 9/19/25, only the first ticket message gets a response and it's not useful.
